The house had a full price offer in less than two weeks. Next Jim worked intensively with the termite mitigation contractor who was wonderful as well. He did an amazing job on my redwood decks and then completed the sale with excellent support on all details. I never could have faced all these challenges without this amazing teamwork and support. Most of the time I was away caring for my father and I felt so supported throughout it. They also helped me with a rental option so I could move in a timely way to finish the escrow in time.
